We turned the authenticity of El Bar de Fede into the number one name in Granada's nightlife.
El Bar de Fede is not just a place for drinks and Granada tradition: it is the refuge of the city's bohemia and a pillar of its hospitality. In its iconic corner of the centre, fine wine and the personal touch of Fede and Jose define the experience.
We set ourselves a clear goal: to project that warm, analogue atmosphere into the digital world, so that Fede's legacy as Granada's star host could reach new heights of professionalism without losing an ounce of its soul.
The challenge
Granada's bar scene is arguably the most demanding in the country. The challenge was twofold: to evolve the icon towards a quality dining proposition that would appeal to locals and to the international visitor in search of the "real Granada" alike, and to digitise the venue's "duende", carrying Fede's charisma and the soft glow of its lamps into a strategy capable of forging an emotional connection before anyone had even walked through the door.
Strategy
Multilingual, mobile-first web architecture
We developed a custom platform (elbardefede.com) built for international SEO, with indexable static translations instead of dynamic plugins. Each dish on the menu works as a product landing page, ranking for niche searches like "the best croquettes in Granada" or "authentic Andalusian food".
High-authority local SEO
We optimised the Google Business Profile, targeting proximity intent and capturing geolocated reviews, until we broke into the Local Pack for competitive keywords like "restaurant near Granada Cathedral" or "tapas bar in San Jerónimo".
Conversion engineering (CRO)
We do not just attract traffic, we turn it into diners. Click-to-call for last-minute bookings, WhatsApp Business integration for groups and events, and synced availability matched to the search peaks of local users and quality tourists.
