What data do we process?

We process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or our channels (name, email, phone, your business name and the content of your message), as well as browsing data collected through analytics cookies when you give your consent.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to handle your enquiries and requests (legal basis: your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures), to manage the business relationship (performance of a contract), to send you communications about our services if you authorise it (consent) and to analyse the use of the site in order to improve it (legitimate interest and consent for analytics cookies).

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship. Once it ends, we will keep it blocked for the legally required periods to address any potential liabilities, after which it will be deleted.

  • Some suppliers may process data outside the EEA; in such cases the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses apply as an appropriate safeguard.
