We turned a family story into the number one restaurant in Granada.
La Telefónica is not just a restaurant: it is a tribute to the history of Granada and to family perseverance. In a historic house, it offers a reimagined Andalusian cuisine where market produce and contemporary technique go hand in hand.
We set out to raise its digital presence to the same level of excellence as its service in the dining room, honouring the legacy of its founders with a warm, elegant and professional narrative.
The challenge
The restaurant scene in Granada is among the most competitive in Spain. The challenge was twofold: to stand out in a sea of options and attract both an upper-middle-tier local audience and quality international tourism, and to digitise the essence of the business, conveying the warmth of home and family pride through a screen to turn brand storytelling into an engine for direct bookings.
Strategy
High-performance multilingual web architecture
We developed a custom website (latelefonica.es) with static translations. Unlike automatic translators, this structure lets Google index each dish and each service in different languages, drastically improving international SEO.
Local SEO and online reputation
We optimised the Google Maps listing and ran a review-generation strategy focused on keywords like "restaurant" and "Mediterranean cuisine", which catapulted the client to the top spots.
Conversion strategy (CRO)
We prioritised ease of contact by optimising the booking channels, phone for direct calls and WhatsApp for nimble handling, and aligning them with users' search peaks.
Brand narrative
We created an emotive, hospitable tone of voice that runs through everything from the website copy to the responses on review platforms.
