We launched Underall's brand and ecommerce from scratch in a saturated market.
Underall launched its online store in February 2025, entering a competitive market saturated with weight-loss solutions. Its proposition was based on a single product with a very specific purpose, which posed a positioning and communication challenge.
With no prior presence on digital channels, it was essential to design a frictionless shopping experience and a brand strategy that highlighted the product's natural, practical and healthy value over artificial methods.
